IV. CONCLUSION For all the foregoing reasons, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and the matter remanded with directions to enter an order compelling arbitration of respondents' claims of professional negligence, fraud, breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and abuse of process. We also vacate the trial court's order compelling disclosure of attorney-client privileged and work product documents, but do so without prejudice to respondents' right to renew their motion before the neutral arbitrator. The parties shall bear their own costs on appeal. Smith, Acting P. J., and Haerle, J., concurred.
